S.K.Diawuo Ltd. (SKD) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company, incorporated on 20th November 2000 under the company's code of 1963, specializing in audio and video cassette manufacturing in Ghana.

Two dynamic directors with an immense wealth of experience who lead the SKD team are Stephen Kwame Diawuo and Andrews Sawiri.

S.K.D is one of the leading suppliers of audio and video cassettes in finished products. The raw materials of these products are imported from SKM Europe and Ingoz of India. The raw materials include; CO's, VO's , pancake splicing tapes and the like.

S.K.D has future plans of gaining a sizable share of the local market for all musical works as well as international recognition. They also hope to deal with electrical appliances, home appliances and other related products, as well as to increase sales turnover and expand their operations.
