Hear this: Tic Tac has secured a deal with Kasa Phone Cards courtesy Kafina Management –UK (his agency) to be the one out of the lots whose image is going to be on their phone cards. In an interview with Ghana Music.com, he said, “Kasa Phone Cards thought of using my image because of the collaborations I have done with international artistes such as Tony Tetuilla from Nigeria, Meiway of Cote D’Ivoire and the likes. This really means that they have highly recognized me as an artiste who has gone international as far as hiplife music is concerned.” “Thus my image is being used as a medium through which people abroad can get to their families in Africa. Put simply, talk through Tic Tac to get to your families.” Before the deal, he performed in UK with Daddy Lumba where he turned the place upside down and punished the sweaty ecstatic crowd with his tremendous tracks. Tic Tac has taken a firm step to use whatever proceeds he receives from Kasa Phone Cards to build a music school in order to help upcoming musicians. Indeed, Tic Tac has managed to add his name to hiplife’s history books as one who has pushed Ghana to the doorstep of the international house.
