    About me
When Benjamin Anokye Bedman also known in the showbiz as Rap Dylla (pronounce dealer) launched his musical career a few years back with his debut Afro Pop single Dance to the Beat, with Azonto feel he was instantly proclaimed by his colleagues as “Oseikrom raphene”.

Since then he has not looked back and continues to make waves in his area of endeavour.

Of course, a few years down the lane after this prestigious recognition, the man Rap Dylla`s tireless and relentless pursuits have earned him a place in the top hierarchy in the hiplife game.

He has been consistent in his outlook and has shown a stupendous zest for hard work which has led to his latest single called Shashe Wowo Na Aba.

Rap Dylla, is an upcoming hiplife artiste who hails from Kumasi in the Ashanti region. His new upcoming album is only one of many pieces of work to come, in which he featured Gasmila. He shows a diverse style on his new single, his unique presentation speaks to real life boggling experience that resonate with the listener especially the Azonto efficacy.

The controversial but yet motivational rapper whose lyrics always stir up controversy has often been accused of spawning profanity which he disagrees. The captivating, dynamic and spellbinding artiste believed to be a rapper, poet and entrepreneur who has music running through his veins, at times brilliant, at times unique “so it’s just indicative of the new wind blowing through the air”, he told Flex Newspaper.

If there is anything he does best it is his ability to put phrases (jargons) that would last on the minds of listeners in his songs. This song comes with a strong rhythm backed by a unique bass line in a well refined Azonto vein produced by engineer Bernard Antwi Darko of Blow Up studios @ Laxio Beat.

The instrumentation on this song is very profound. The Shashe Wowo Na Aba is a love song on which the young man does not rap anything extra ordinary except to launch blitz attack on promiscuity among the youth especially the ladies. His effort was delightfully complimented by Gasmila which some flavour to the song.

The song I must say shows a vintage Rap Dylla, passionate and heartfelt bars of angst about dissipated life style and vulnerability delivered through his gravelly vocals. His punches didn’t land quite as solidly as they were supposed to be but Shashe Wowo...... is a good beginning and he still possesses much of what made his followers gravitate towards his music in the Garden city.
