    Young Ice ready for stardom

    To the music world known as Young Ice, but born as Amon Ogyiri in Accra, Ghana 1988. Young Ice moved to New York with his parents at the age of six. At age 11 he started rapping, though he didn’t take it seriously until he was in high school.

    “I found Tupac tapes in my dad’s music collection,” Young Ice says “and immediately I knew that I had a passion for music.” His steady rise in the rap game is one that epitomizes the making of a hustler.

    At age 17, he was presented with an opportunity to sign with T-Pain’s label, Nappy Boy Entertainment. However, despite the fact that he had dreams of taking his rap career to the level of stardom, he decided to pack his dreams and headed to college; starting first at CUNY City and then later at SUNY Morrisville.

    It was there that he began to expand his vision of making it as an artist. Ice known for his innovative ways and his demeanor as a hustler, co-founded Ghana Made Hustlers, a media brand aimed towards promoting Ghana music and artists; with other endeavors in clothing and modeling.

    With the creation of GMH and his newfound focus to make it big, his cool, precise flow and unique style of rhyming now matched his swagger and image as CEO of GMH.

    Young Ice’s career is now in the beginning stages, but will soon be a force to be reckoned with. In life, the most dangerous man is one with a dream and a pen—that is Young Ice to the fullest! Even more so, his persona, his talent and his dreams shine as bright as a black star. Lyrically blessed, intellectually sounded, and full of energy, Young Ice is ready for the road to stardom.
