Following the official release of her third single on iTunes last week, Wiyaala is now dropping the original GH mix of “You Got the Power” as a free download from her website at wiyaala.com.

“This song is a message to all young people in Africa who are struggling to do their own thing. It is a song to remind us that no matter what set-backs, we still have the power. With God’s love, use your power to make the world a better place, for yourself, your family and our brothers and sisters across the world”, the Pepsi Ambassador revealed.

“You Got the Power (GH Mix)” was co-written by Wiyaala and former Black n Peach member Noble Nii Nortey. The song was produced by Genius Selection in Accra and is released on the Djimba World Label. The song can be downloaded for free at wiyaala.com.

Wiyaala’s next project is her World Cup Anthem for the Black Stars “Go Go Ghana…Goal!” scheduled for release later this month. She is also recording her debut album in South Africa, which will be based on the traditions, culture and sounds of the Upper West Region, but also influenced by the impact of western culture on Africa.
