Over the past few days, Ghana Music.com has been asking some of the biggest stars in music industry to name their favorite artists, songs and albums of last year. Well, we wanted to publish what Okyeame Kwame said and surprisingly, he kept repeating ‘Da Bradez’ and ‘Simple’ over and over again. Listen to Simple by Da Bradez

It's not exactly a shocker considering that, Okyeame Kwame and Da Bradez was everywhere. ‘Simple’ topped music charts, wowed audiences and their songs were in constant rotation on radio stations.

Okyeame Kwame motivated them to write, record and to take their songs to the apex of the Ghanaian music industry.

“For ‘Simple’, the music is sweet, the words are sweet and you can ask the ladies”, Berma Kwame said.

Although Kunta was not well, Stone held the fort and his shows were very creative, Kwame continued about why he chose them as Artiste of 2009.

“The album had 3 hits on it - The ‘Flashe’, ‘Dondoo’ and the mighty ‘Simple’”, as he ended our interview.

Meanwhile One Mic Entertainment is coming out with new albums from Morris DeVoice (Morris Babyface) and Tattoo.
