Sound engineer Appietus is very mad at Phamous People producers of “Phamous TV” for attacking his artiste D2 on Phamous TV’s Top 10 Video countdown segment.

Phamous TV, last week Saturday on Viasat 1 referred to D2 as wearing Chinese outfit in the video of their new single ‘Mama Ne Dada’ when they actually wore cloth from a Ghanaian designer, Chapter One.

Appietus said he had personally gone to see Chapter One to sew clothes for some of his artistes but he finds it so insulting if hostess on Phamous TV referred to his artistes as wearing Chinese product.

Annoyed Appietus said we rather have to project our own instead of neglecting them. “We always talk about wearing local attire and if today a young Ghanaian designer is blessed with this talents and Ghanaian artistes are patronizing it we should all encourage that than making negative comments”.

His other beef is also the fact that there is no proper check on the video shown on “Phamous TV” program for viewers to know what it entails before the video is criticize.

The sound engineer is demanding an apology from Phamous People before his heart will rest. When Phamous TV was conducted they said they criticize all videos shown and it’s not Appietus artistes alone.
