The entire nation is arguably in a state of delirium after the release of Investigative Journalist, Anas Amereyaw Anas’ documentary, ‘Number 12’ last week.
The banter is intense as Ghanaians brood over the shocking revelations in the exposé.
Zylofon Music-recording artiste, Obibini, had entered the fray, releasing a new single with the title, ‘Number 12’ – where he shares his candid opinion on the raging controversy.
The ‘Gogo Woho’ rapper was blunt and brusque as he exhibited a high level of creativity in endorsing the work done by Anas in the documentary, a movie that unraveled a wide range of corruption that pervades all arenas of Ghanaian football and its administration.
The single, ‘Number 12’ is already out on www.zylofoncash.com
The aftermath of the release of the documentary has seen the ban of the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwasi Nyantakyi, by FIFA for a period of 90 days, as well as an intended dissolution of the Football Association by the Government of Ghana.
Obibini is prepping the release of his maiden album in the last quarter of the year, which will be preceded by the release of several singles and music videos.
He also performs at the Empire –organized ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ music concert tomorrow at the Fantasy Dome at the Trade Fair Center, Accra.
