Making his debut in the Ghanaian music industry is B Ray Drew, a rap artist with a challenging childhood.
Born in the culture-rich city of Kumasi, B Ray Drew got hooked onto music at an early age during which he stayed in many neighbourhoods in the Ashanti regional capital.
This helped him pick up bits and pieces of musical influences from each neighbourhood he lived in. These helped in shaping up his style of rap and music.
B Ray Drew started off by rapping to friends in Junior High School and Senior High School. The positive feedback he got led him into taking music up as a career right after senior high school.
The talented rapper is now out with his debut 5-track EP titled ‘F-70’.
F-70 EP, a blend of Twi, English, and Pidgin, was produced by some of Ghana’s creative music producers; Ipappi and Unknown Beat.
