It’s that time of the year again where major stakeholders in the Ghanaian music circles converge to honour the most deserving players in the industry.
The 20th Vodafone Ghana Music Awards will happen this Saturday 18th May 2019 at the Accra International Conference Center with the aim of rewarding excellence.
Rightly themed “The People, The Culture, The Music”, Ghana music will be celebrated on its most prestigious night to celebrate major achievements in the year under review.
Ghanaian influenced music made major headlines across the globe with Shatta Wale’s Reign Album ranking in at 6th position on the Billboard World Albums chart with Samini’s Untamed album placing 8th on the Top 10 Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
Patapaa & Kuami Eugene headline major shows on the continent, whiles Stonebwoy performed at the interntional reggae music festival, SummerFest.
