In about a year and quarter of it’s release, the Blessed album, of Ghana’s Gospel Reggae/Afrobeat kingpin, Akesse Brempong has accrued a whopping 1 million streams and still counting on Spotify!
An anthology of 14 soul-inspiring songs was released as the Blessed album on December 11, 2021 by gospel singer Phil Evans Akesse Brempong known in the gospel music circles as Akesse Brempong.
The body of work has been described by many music aficionados as one of the best albums to have emerged from the gospel space in terms of total production, vocal dexterity, and message.
No wonder it has achieved such a feat online and an even more impressive impact offline as it’s release has heralded a plethora of dumbfounding testimonies.
This is only but a testament to the efficacy of the excellence in skill and anointing that went into the entire process of putting this project together.
The album features Joe Mettle, MOG Music, Johnny Haick, Emmanuel Smith, Jermine Edwards, and the Tribe Of Judah band.
Just in case you still haven’t heard the all-round versatility and multi–genre mastery contained in the Blessed album, kindly help yourself out here as the maestro prepares to serve the Gospel fraternity and the world at large, with yet another revival centred album recording this year!
