Ghanaian hip-hop acts Kwabilex and LL Degree have joined forces to release their new four-track collaborative EP, “Balance,” bringing together two distinct artistic identities for a shared musical experience.
More than a collection of songs, “Balance” explores the meeting point between two artists with different personalities, flows and approaches to Hip-Hop. Across four tracks, the duo explores diverse moods, sounds and perspectives while maintaining their individual identities.
At the heart of the project is a desire to create music that genuinely connects with listeners. “Beyond the numbers and reaching a mass audience, we want listeners to hear themselves in the stories, emotions and experiences we’ve put into the project,” the artists explain.
The EP also marks an important point in both artists’ careers, showcasing their versatility while introducing them to new audiences. The duo hopes “Balance” opens doors to future collaborations, performances and creative partnerships.
