Meet the junior brother of Elder Mireku – Daniel Mireku

It is no longer news that one of the biggest families dominating the gospel music scene is the ‘Mireku’s’.

When the name Mireku is mentioned in the gospel sphere, one name that comes to mind is Elder Mireku. Throughout his career, Elder Mireku has been consistent with his style of music, and gospel music fans always see originality in all his gospel songs. Elder Mireku has touched people’s hearts with songs such as ‘Aduru Wo So’, ‘Adom Aye Wonsa Ma’, ‘Maranatha’ and ‘Wose Ayeyi’.

Unknown to many, there is junior brother son of Elder Mireku in the music industry whom we hardly talk about. He is Daniel Mireku.

Daniel Mireku’s stage performances coupled with a splendid voice always makes any hardened heart melt. His voice is a prime factor thats draws in his fans to wherever he performs.

Blood brother of Elder Mireku known as Daniel Mireku is also a notable music producer, composer and a gospel singer.

The multi-talented singer launched his debut album titled “KronKron”, in December 3, 2016 at Pentecost, Dome. According to him, his passion for music was discovered from childhood when he made himself active in series of cultural activities during his primary and secondary school days. His love for music became more pronounced as a teenager, when he served in various church choirs as he was often attracted to musical shows in these churches and also follow the foot steps of his senior brother – Elder Mireku.

According to Seth Amponsah, his producer and publisher, who has worked with him for the past 15 years, “He is one of the finest musicians Ghana has ever seen”, he said.

Seth Amponsah, CEO of Sounds Kitchen Studios is an album holder titled “My All” with featuring from Elder Mireku and Daniel Mireku.

With an allegiance to God, Daniel Mireku embraced the obligation to use his music talent to impact the body of Christ.

With God always before him, he knows no boundaries. Daniel wants to spread the Gospel and ultimately want to plant Jesus seeds to help somebody come to Christ.
