Section 36 of the legislative Instrument L.I 1962, 2010, requires that any organization which intends to use any copyright work or causes any work to be used for any purpose shall apply to the appropriate organization, in the case of musical works, the Ghana Music Rights Organisation (GHAMRO. These include uses of musical works on Radio &TV, Bars, Discotheques, Shops, Mall, Offices, and Restaurants etc.
