Organizers of 3RD TV Music Video Awards wishes to bring to the notice of the General Public that Best New Comer Video had 70 entries.
The Board shortlisted the submitted music videos to 30. To give every act a chance, we’ll group them in a poll for the public to choose first 10 who deserves to be nominated.
