Herman Suede, also known as Jason Herman Bortei-Doku, is a young talented 15year old Ghanaian musician, composer and songwriter who found his love for music at the age of 5 when he started studying classical music on the piano during formal music lessons.
He is a student of Tema International School (TIS) and has found a way to merge his school life with his budding music ambitions.
Herman Suede has released 3 songs; ‘Be Mine’, ‘Wavii’, and ‘Questions’, which are heavily influenced by Afro Pop, R&B and Rap.
All three songs were composed at the age of 14years in collaboration with D3MZ (Edem Coffie). He picks inspiration from Drake, Maleek Berry, King Promise, Davido, Mr Eazi and Joey Badass.
Aside from music, Herman is also involved in acting and dancing, volleyball and Soccer, swimming and golfing.
