The much-talked-about reality show belonging twin brothers, Mcmaine Boadu and Mckenzie Boadu will finally hit TV screens very soon than expected.
Reports say the reality show dubbed “Who Are You” which will be launched in Accra very soon, is a talent competition that seeks to give the youth as well as upcoming artistes (18 years and above) the platform to develop their skills as singers.
According to the twin brothers who are members of the Twins Association in Ghana, the goal of this music reality show is to entertain and educate TV viewers, inspire and unearth the music passion hidden in the youth.
They promised music fans that the show would be an exciting one for both the producers and the contestants, focusing not only on music but on some aspect of our culture.
Even though they would not divulge the details of the reality show at the moment, the twin brother disclosed that the reality show will be different from the other reality shows being organized in the country.
The twin brother who many believe have mystic powers, explained that not everyone has the dream of working in an office hence pushing talented youth as well as up-and-coming artistes to develop their musical prowess through the reality show will move the nation forward.
Their manager, Cecilia Ofori told this reporter that preparations are still ongoing and have plans of launching the event in April where audition dates, event venues among others will be announced.
Some selected celebrated Ghanaian musicians will be the main judges on the show with guest musicians intermittently joining as both performers and judges.
They revealed that in addition to the reality show they have a number of events designed to promote Ghana’s creative arts industry.
