‘Beefing’ Ghanaian rap artistes, Strongman and Medikal, after replying each other with diss songs, have been the talk of town over the weekend and it doesn’t seem like its ending now.
The whole brouhaha began when Medikal in a tweet claimed that he saved Ghana Rap music 4 years ago when the genre was dying.
It appears the statement by the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker did not go down well with Ghanaians and some rappers.
The AMG rapper was bashed severally for his acclamation which triggered him to release a diss song dubbed ‘To Whom it May Concern’.
Strongman who was hit with some shots from Medikal’s diss track dismantled him with his ‘Don’t Try’ song. It appears the diss song by Strongman which was directed at Medikal has taken over.
The ‘Don’t Try’ song was number one on YouTube trends in just 24 hours of its release. The song was released on Saturday around 10 am and it has already amassed 268,254 views on YouTube with Medikal’s ‘To Whom it may concern’ song earning 122,384 views in 2 days.
