“Allah has been good to me.” These were the first words that came out of famous Artiste Manager Daud Abubakari Saddik as he was interviewed by this writer.
The young hardworking man was expressing gratitude to God for saving him and his girlfriend from a gory car accident that nearly injured him severely.
Saddik and his girlfriend, name withheld upon his request, were traveling to the Northern Region on a weekend getaway when a tipper truck coming in the opposite direction skidded off it’s lane and entered theirs sending their vehicle off the road into a nearby tree.
“The frontal part of the car got damaged but I thank God we were not harmed. We were saved by our seat belts and the airbags in the car” he said.
The girlfriend attested to the story but said she was terrified.
The good news is, one of the most hardworking gurus in the entertainment industry has been saved and this calls for praises to God and celebrations. Long-life to you, Saddik.
