Fante rap sensation, Kofi Kinaata, has congratulated several acts from the Western and Central regions of Ghana on their nominations in the 2019 VGMA.
He did this via a facebook post that read,
“Congrats to KODA, TeePhlow, Dope Nation, Quamina MP and eShun, my Fante Brothers and Sister from Western and Central Regions… wishing you all the best on your 2019 VGMA nominations.”
This follows his absence from the entire nominations list due to reasons best known to him.
His acknowledgement of these artistes might mean a step back for others within the Fanteland to equally shine for the time being till he reclaims his spot.
Either way, his actions are an inevitable suggestion of the love and support he has for his fellow Fante musicians.
