Opulent yet controversial Reggae/Dancehall Artiste, Charles Nii Armah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has just been enskinned as a Dancehall Naa (Dancehall King) in Tamale.
The Chief of Tamale, Nyeb-Dakpema Fusieni Bawa, officially enskinned the multiple award-winning popular dancehall act on Friday, June 7, 2019.
The ceremony was held at the Dakpema Palace at 2pm (14:00GMT) immediately after Jummah Prayer.
This new development has therefore authenticated his claim as being the “Danchall King” in the country, a crown keenly contested by Samini, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.
The “My Level” crooner touched down at the Tamale Airport mid-Friday morning for the highly publicized “Storm Reign” Concert at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium this Saturday, June 8, 2019.
Shatta together with “Northern Rap god”, Maccasio are expected to thrill patrons with smash hit songs like I Know My Level, Taking Over, Too Big, Koomi Na Chiki (Inside), Kakai, Dem Confuse, Dagomba Girl etc.
Supporting acts are Gaffachi Payment, Onenaira, Flawa Gaskia, Fadi Lan etc.
