KiDi shutsdown event & premieres Sugar movie in London
Ghanaian hitmaker and Highlife music prodigy, KiDi, last Saturday gave a thrilling show that cemented his status as currently one of Ghana’s best performers.
The “Odo’ hitmaker was the toast of the several patrons who throng to the Trent Park, Cockfosters Road, London EN4 0JY for the annual Ghana Party in the Park.
Supported by award winning Disc jockey, DJ Vyrusky, the Lynx Entertainment signee took the patrons on a musical journey dashing out hits after hits.
KiDi, also performed songs from his debut album, Sugar, which was released some few weeks ago
He also took the opportunity to screen his ‘Sugar’ movie to an audience in London made up of several fans, music lovers and fellow Ghanaian artistes like J. Derobie, King Promise, Kuami Eugene, Kelvynboy, among several others.
His management had this to say in thanking fans in the UK who came out to screen the movie:
Ghana Party in the park is an annual outdoor festival held in London for the Ghanaian Community in the diaspora. Hosted by Akwaaba Group since 2005.
The festival attracts over 8000 people, making it the biggest Ghanaian event outside of Ghana. Attracting visitors from the UK, Europe, USA, Canada and Ghana.
